I am an attorney licensed to practice in the Sate of Oregon since 1983. I have been admitted to practice in the United States District Court, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. My practice is limited to real estate issues and Bankruptcy matters. I am a Oregon Licensed Principal Real Estate Broker . I have many clients who filed claims under Measure 37 in Klamath, Jackson and Josephine Counties. With the passage of Measure 49, all previously approved claims under Measure 37 must be reviewed and refilled. I do not take real estate cases that are likely to result in litigation but rather handle transactional matters such as contract drafting, review of real estate transactions and advice relating to easements. I primarily represent debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. |
